As Founder and Co-Director of Kingdom Reign Ministries, Inc., Bishop Clark leads a dynamic regional network devoted to church planting, leadership development, and community transformation.

He faithfully pastored New Bethel Community Church in Buffalo, NY for 27 years, guiding the congregation through seasons of growth and a successful leadership transition in 2024. His heart for refreshing, refining, and commending leaders in the Body of Christ drives everything he does.
