Bill and Toni Clark have dedicated over four decades to equipping and empowering individuals for impactful ministry, with a deep emphasis on leadership training. Their journey reflects a life committed to teaching, mentoring, and activating believers to confidently walk in their God-given assignments.
As Founders and Co-Directors of Kingdom Reign Ministries, Inc., they lead a dynamic regional network devoted to church planting, leadership development, and community transformation. Through this ministry, they've cultivated spaces where leaders grow, are supported, and are released to influence their communities with Kingdom purpose.
Their passion for building strong leadership cultures also led them to establish The Fellowship Network, a national community of pastors and ministry leaders dedicated to fostering encouragement, accountability, and support; believing that the power of collective leadership is one of the greatest tools for advancing the Kingdom of God.
Beyond the U.S., Bill and Toni are actively involved in missional leadership development in East, West, and South Africa, Cuba, Bangladesh, and India, training and equipping leaders in diverse cultural contexts for long-term impact.
They faithfully pastored New Bethel Community Church in Buffalo, NY for 27 years, guiding the congregation through a successful leadership transition in 2024. Their legacy in ministry continues to grow through their ongoing efforts to raise up the next generation of transformative leaders.
Married for over 43 years, Bill and Toni share a deep love for family. They are the proud parents of three children and grandparents to their greatest joys.
